The work includes all labor and materials for demolition and installation of complete systems ready for use. The related work encompasses all architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical work to install both split system and packaged roof mounted units. Computer room systems require humidifying and de- humidifying systems with the related de-ionized water and condensate drainage systems. The work is in a ll2,000 square foot, two-story building. The building will be occupied during construction. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 3 November l995, until supply is exhausted. SIC: l7ll, $7 M.
