Removal of existing windows and window air conditioners, increasing the size of the window opening (for installation of new windows by another contractor) trimming out the windows, and reinstalling the window air conditioners after the new windows are installed. Repair and painting of the walls. Converting the steam heating system to hot water. Upgrading the electrical distribution system. The SIC code is 1542 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns.
