Contracting Officer, Linda Hales This project consists of providing automatic fire sprinklers throughout three (3) buildings (Buildings 1, 8, & 9). Building 1 requires a wet-pipe automatic sprinkler system throughout and with anti-freeze in cold areas. Building 8 also requires a wet-pipe system throughout and with anti-freeze system in cold unheated areas. Building 9 has a cold attic space since pipes will be run concealed, it requires a dry-pipe system with dry pendant type sprinklers. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 1799. The size standard for this SIC code is: $7.0 million. NOTE: Bid opening time is 2:00 p.m. (1400 hrs). Make note on your solicitation package. Estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 21 Nov 95. There is no charge for specifications or drawings; however, only one set is available per offerer.
