The system shall utilize a three (3) brush gantry roll-over principle for washing vehicle. System to include installation. Tentative issue date is 8 Nov 95. FOB Destination to Keesler AFB MS. Delivery 60 days after date of contract. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. No telephone requests.
