FAACTS is a future FAA sponsored acquisition anticipated to result in multiple awards, for firm fixed price contracts for Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS), hardware/software products. The FAACTS acquisition will include two RFC draft solicitations, and a pre-solicitation conference prior to the release of the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) announcement of the actual FAACTS Request For Proposals (RFP). The first FAACTS RFC (draft solicitation) will be available October 26, 1995. The FAACTS RFC will be available for download and comment electronically on the Internet at the following location: HTTP://WWW.FAA.GOV./WATSNEW.HTM.
