J -- MAINTENANCE COULTER COUNTERS DUE 110395 POC Contact Point, NANCY HOLDAWAY, (716)862-3444, Contracting Officer, NANCY HOLDAWAY, (716)862-3444 The VAWNY Healthcare System intends to negotiate with Coulter Corp. on a sole source basis for full maintenance on the following four Government-owned Coulter Counters: Coulter STKS W/Retic, Mdl. 0810 and Intel Computer/STKS Mdl. 0107, Coulter STKS W/2A Softv, Mdl. 0808 and Intel Computer/STKS, Mdl. 0107 (located @ VAMC, Buffalo, NY); Coulter ST Mdl. 0060 (located @ VAMC, Batavia, NY); and Coulter MAXM, Mdl. 0041 (located @ VA Out-patient Clinic, Rochester, NY. This maintenance consists of full service, labor, parts, travel and OEM trained service engineers. Interested parties have 15 days from publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i.e., technical specs, brochures, price lists, and references) in the maintenance of this critical equipment. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competitive basis. Responses received without the required information may be considered non-responsive to this synopsis.
