The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew a subscription with The Library Corporation for the continued use and access of their database by the Patent and Trademark Office, Arlington, VA. The Library Corporation offers CD-ROM based databases, public access catalog (PAC), and cataloging/retrieval software that may be used on any IBM PC or compatible microcomputer and international standard CD-ROM drive. The cataloging software is included on each database CD and is also available as software only. The Service will be continued through September 30, 1996. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No telephone calls will be accepted.
