TRIBBLE, (303)393-2859 The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, demolition and materials to remodel the Hazardous Waste Storage rooms, to include new doors, upgrade electrical, install new HVAC system, install new lighting, install new vent hood system, install new safety eye/shower unit, remodel existing loading dock, to include gates and fencing, and to provide interior painting with finish materials. Work includes the necessary changes in electrical, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and other support services. Performance period is ninety (90) calendar days, 90 day bid acceptance time.
