Concerns having the ability to furnish the following equipment are requested to give written notification with telephone number to the procuring office listed above on or before November 15, 1995. Equipment to be provided is a phacoemulsification unit which has a peristaltic system to adjust the aspiration flow rate and vacuum independently. Unit provided shall be equal to the Alcon Surgical, Series 20,000 Legacy Unit. The VA anticipates sole source procurement with Alcon Surgical due to lack of any other known sources.
