The Government intends to negotiate with and award to Loral Electro-Optical Systems (LEOS) Inc. a sole-source modification to N61339-90-C-0142 for this requirement. LEOS is currently producing AGES II KIOWA WARRIOR Training Systems under Contract N61339-90-C-0142. A technical/manufacturing data package was not procured under the aforementioned contract and therefore is not available. (0292)
