This amendment is for IDC #36 for Environmental Services for Fort Monmouth, New Jersey publicized in the CBD on 5 October 1995. Delete the ''Special Qualification'' section in its entirety and replace it with the following new section: Special Qualifications: The firm must have experience in preparation of environmental assessments reports with familiarity with the procedures of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection regulations, the firm's ability to design for removal of asbestos, PCB and other hazardous material. Knowledge of water quality, lead and clean air related problems and solutions is also required. The firm must have CADD capability which is compatible with the Directorate of Public Work's (DPW) Integraph System. The date for submittals still remains the same as original CBD announcement.
