D -- ENGINEERING SERVICES DESIGN, INSTALLATION AND INTREGRATION OF REMOTE CONTROL OF POP-UP TARGETS SOL DAAD05-95-R-0911 DUE 120195 POC Contract Specialist Susan Houck 410 278-3009 (Site Code DAAD05) The U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement to purchase engineering services design for a turnkey automated computer system for the remote control operation and monitoring of three hydraulic driven pop-up targets. Remote operation shall take place from the uprange control room via a point and click graphical user interface. The software shall run on a Hewlett Packard 9000 series 700 utilizing HP-UX version 9.0 operating system. In addition to the operation and monitoring of targets, the panel shall control and monitor operation of pan and tilt video surveillance cameras. Also there shall be an actual control panel with buttons and indicators for each target for local test and operation. Deliverables shall include all source code from the software development, installation of the remote control system to the controllers and indicators and the installation of the local control panels.
