Convex C420 Supercomputer System Hardware and Software Maintenance on a monthly basis for a period of one year with two (2) option periods of twelve months each. Software maintenance shall include providing periodic updates to all convex software, and providing updates for on-site user and system manuals. If any convex provided software becomes inoperative or is defective, problem tracking, code corrections, temporary corrections, by-passes and/or notice of the availability of corrective codes shall be provided. Hardware maintenance shall include all necessary maintenance labor, documentation, schematics, repair parts, related services and shall keep the equipment in good operating condition. Principle period of maintenance shall be eight (8) hours per day, Monday through Friday. Interested offerors must provide documentation concerning ability to provide Convex C420 Supercomputer System Maintenance and proof of authorization to maintain software. See Note 22. (0292)
