The resulting contract will provide a daily newsletter (electronically transmitted) consisting of DoD related news events reported by assorted radio and television broadcasters. The contractor shall record the various broadcast for their full duration, and will provide transcripts of selected portions. In order to preserve continuity of the services, the contract award will be made to a contractor located within the National Capitol Region. This requirement is a 100% small Business Set-Aside.
