The total performance period with the base and all Options is five years. This is an inspection services contract only. The contractor will not be responsible for performing any repairs or preventive maintenance. To be eligible for award, the contractor must be solely involved in mechanical system inspections and cannot be involved in the performance of mechanical maintenance services or mechanical repairs under any other contract(s) with a corporation, government agency, or any other entity(s).
