Public notice is hereby given that the National Park Service proposes to award a concession permit authorizing the continued operation of the sale of film, photographic supplies, and sanitary napkins for the public at Jefferson National Expansion Memorial National Historic Site, Missouri, for a period of approximately five (5) years from the date of execution through August 31, 2000. Interested parties should contact the Superintendent, Jefferson National Expansion Memorial National Historic Site, 11 North Fourth Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63102-1882 (phone: 314-425-4468) to obtain a copy of the prospectus describing the requirements of the proposed permit. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This permit has been determined to be categorically excluded from the procedural provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act and no environmental document will be prepared. The Secretary will consider and evaluate all proposals received as a result of this notice. Any proposal must be received as a result of this notice. Any proposal must be received by the Superintendent not later than December 5, 1995, to be considered and evaluated. (292)
