Army Space and Strategic Defense Command has a requirement for the following described effort: tear down, move, and reconfiguration of 29 Herman Miller work stations and one Tecknion work station. Additional work stations elements are necessary to reconfigure the Systems Directorate area in the U.S. Army Space and Strategic Defense Command building located at 106 Wynn Drive, Huntsville, AL, which will require the purchase of new elements compatible with the existing Herman Miller modular work stations. A detailed list of furniture needed will be sent upon request. This acquisition falls under the purview of simplified acquisition procedures and therefore is solicited on a 100% small business set-aside basis. This will be a fixed-price type effort. Business responding to this notice should state whether they are a small business for which the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 2542 and the size standard is not more than 500 employees.
