This is a notice of intent to purchase the following services Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Inactive duty training in Chinese Mandarin, French and Indonesian for the 20th Psychological Operations Company, Portland, OR to begin 30 October 1995 and continue for 45 weeks. Training is to be conducted in Portland Oregon on the first Mondays of each month from 6:00PM - 10:00 PM. A complete Statement of Work will be provided to anyone interested in offering a bid on this requirement. Interested parties should identify their interest and capability by submitting complete technical and pricing data within 15 days of publication of this notice. Responses to this notice will be considered for award using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
