Remove existing cushion. 4. Furnish and install underlayment. 5. Furnish and install glue down Carpet. 6. Furnish and install Carpet and cushion. 7. Furnish and install vinyl flooring and base. 8. Minor painting of Stone Walls. 9. MOVE office partitions. 10. Modify doors. 11. MOVE equipment and furnishings. The work will be organized as batch jobs initiated by delivery order. The general outline of the principal features does not in any way limit the responsibilities of the contractor to perform the work under this contract. Estimated magnitude between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Type of KT: Firm-fixed priceconstruction. Performance period is one year from date of award with one option year.
