Z -- MODIFY TRUCK UNLOADING, BUILDING 69, NAVAL AIR STATION, CECIL FIELD, FL Sol Contract N62467-94-B-2508, POC OICC Office. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Do not request plans now. A solicitation notice will be published before invitations are issued. The work includes installation of concrete ramps on both ends of the truck unloading area. Install a storm drain inlet on the north end of the area. Sawcut and remove a 2' width of existing concrete island. Test 4 existing fuel lines between the pumphouse and the island. All acceptable lines will be activated by modifications at the pumphouse and the unloading islands. Install new pump and piping modifications. Existing pump start/stop buttons to be relocated. Existing interior pumphouse lighting to be replaced. A light fixture is to be installed on the exterior of the pumphouse. Aboveground piping is to be installed from the pumphouse to the fuel transmission line manifold north of Building 69. Following tentative dates apply: Issue invitations 10/95, open bids 12/95, complete contract 4/96. Estimated cost is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. (292)
