The Dahlgren Division Detachment White Oak, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NAVSWC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Fisions Instruments for the relocation of Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) equipment from NAVSWC White Oak, MD to NAVSWC Dahlgren, VA. Fisions Instruments is the original equipment manufacturer of the MBE equipment and will ensure proper functioning of the equipment in accordance with strict performance standards.
