The Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS) intends to procure on a sole source basis, teleprocessing services from Ceridian Business Information Services, 5109 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22041. Services are required for the continuation of the proprietary Government On-Line Accounting Link System (GOALS). The period of performance will be from January 1, 1996 through September 30, 1996 with two one year option renewals. The solicitation will be released on or about November 2 1995. Interested vendors must submit a written technical capability statement, which clearly demonstrates their capability to fulfill the required services no later than 15 days after the date this synopsis is published.
