The Federal Prison Camp, Bryan, Texas plans to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for obtaining the services of a Catholic church to provide inmates housed at the Intensive Confinement Center and the Federal Prison Camp, Bryan, Texas with Catholic masses in the Spanish language. One service per week at each facility will be required. In addition, six special Catholic services will be required during the year at each facility. One award will be made utilizing Simlified Acquisition Procedures. This action will be 100% set aside for small business. The base period performance will be from approximately 11-16-95 thru 09-30-96 with four subsequent option years to follow, if exercised. The RFQ will be issued approximately 10-30-95, with offers due on 11-10-95. The total time allotment will not exceed three to six hours per week.
