HUD intends to award two contracts to provide management and related services for single family properties which are owned by or in the custody of HUD in the geographical areas described as: (1) South side of 63rd Street to North side of 75th Street, Chicago, Illinois, known as Chicago Area 6 and (2) South side of 75th Street to North side of 87th Street, Chicago, Illinois, known as Chicago Area 25. Chicago Area 6 currently has an estimated inventory of 71 properties and Chicago Area 25 has an estimated inventory of 79 properties. The contractor shall be required to perform professional management services which requires day-to-day services in the form of inspections, debris removal, lawn maintenance, winterization, etc. This is a total small business set-aside. The term of the contracts are for a one base year period with two (2) one year option periods.
