DURHAM, 205-895-1161 (Site Code DACA87) The U.S. Army Engineer Division, Huntsville, intends to make a sole source award to Florida Keys Community College, Key West, Florida for instructional services and required materials to conduct two sessions of the Diving Inspector course to be held 4-8 December 1995 and 11-15 December 1995 in Key West Florida. The course length is 40 hours (5 days), and 40 students (20 per session) will be attending. This course is required for those people overseeing contract dive operations and are not currently certified as a Corps diver or dive supervisor. This is not a formal solicitation. The synopsis of intent to make a sole source award is not a request for quotes. Contractors who can provide the U.S. Army Engineer Division with the above services are invited to submit in writing an affirmative response which includes, as a minimum, the proposed credentials and qualifications, any applicable pricing data, and any additional information indicating a bona fide ability to meet this specific requirement. All responsible sources may respond to this synopsis, and all such responses will be considered by the agency.
