equipment, tools, and material required to fabricating and erecting a
Catwalk, installing conduit for lightning protection down conductor,
and painting the tower cab on the El Paso Air Traffic Control Tower
(ATCT). Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and
construction to remove an existing window washer cart and automatic
window washers and associated equipment, fabricate the various
components of the catwalks, install electrical conduit on the concrete
tower shaft from the roof of the tower cab, down two sides to the roof
of the tower base building, and prepare and paint all exterior metal
surfaces above the concrete structure. Estimated price range is between
$25,000 and $100,000. The proposed procurement is unrestricted
regarding business size. The BOD is an approximate date only. The
