Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and construction to remove an existing window washer cart and automatic window washers and associated equipment, fabricate the various components of the catwalks, install electrical conduit on the concrete tower shaft from the roof of the tower cab, down two sides to the roof of the tower base building, and prepare and paint all exterior metal surfaces above the concrete structure.
