The work to be performed under this project involves the construction services for the rehabilitation of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system in Building No. 1 at the Brunswick Job Corps Center located in Brunswick, Georgia. Scope includes controls, dampers, ductwork, diffuses, insulation, air handlers, and air balancing. Construction time is scheduled for 120 calendar days to substantial completion. The estimated cost range for construction is between $250,000 to $500,000. Plans and specifications will be available on November 9, 1995 from the office of Fleet and Associates, 4041 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32257. For requests made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The non-refundable fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB documents, plus COB charges. A Pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for November 30, 1995, at 2:00 p.m. local time.
