Z -- OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR OF NEW BROOKE ARMY MEDICAL CENTER COMPLEX SOL DADA10-96-R-0020 DUE 012996 POC Purchasing Agent Shirley Casteel (210) 221-1511 (Site Code DADA10) The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supervision, transportation, training and equipment, necessary to perform maintenance at the New Brooke Army Medical Center Complex. The scope of work shall consist of the following: updating of the as built drawings to reflect new work, exterior building maintenance, interior building maintenance, pest control, vertical transportation systems, locksmith services, grounds maintenance, entomology, heat and energy systems, air conditioning/water cooling and water treatment systems, refrigeration systems, pneumatic tube system, trash and linen system, plumbing, electrical systems and utility control systems. Services are to be performed at the New Brooke Army Medical Center Complex, Fort Sam Houston(San Antonio), Texas. This will be a cost-plus-award-fee contract. The period of performance will be from 01 December 1996 through 30 September 1997, with two one year options. A phase-in period of 120 days is included. The solicitation will be issued on or about 01 December 1995. Offers will be due on or about 28 January 1996. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing to include name, address, telephone and fax number, size of business, and the solicitation number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for copies of the solicitation should be received no later than 15 days from the date this notice is published. This procurement has subcontracting opportunities. The award of this acquisition is subject to the availability of funds.
