Z -- REPAIR STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM IN RUSHMORE HEIGHTS HOUSING AREA Sol F39601-96-B0013 Due 120895 Contact Point, SSgt Meyers, (605) 385-1754, Contracting Officer, Dave Pakalski, (605) 385-1748 This project includes removal of concrete pipe storm sewer, asphalt driveways, sidewalks, stoops, splash blocks, curb and gutter, chainlink fence, and trees, shrubs etc., within 10 feet of building foundations, regrade ditches and yards for better drainage. Install new concrete driveways, curb and gutter, stoops, sidewalk, and street pavement. Install new sewer laterals, cleanouts, storm sewer, inlets, river rock and landscape timbers. Plant new sod, grass, trees, and bushes on Ellsworth AFB, SD. The magnitude of the contract is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The standard industrial classification code is 1629. A tentative issue date of 8 Nov 95 is established to make documents available. All requests shall indicate business status as large, small, small disadvantaged, women owned, etc. This action is being considered for a 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB's should notify our office in writing of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible, but must reach this office not later than 3 Nov 95. This notification shall include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business business concern, evidence of capacity to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude, complete information concerning management experience in similar work, and financial status including bonding ability. This data must be submitted with references. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
