The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct an approximate 200' x 182' canopy structure. Work to include structural, foundations, roofing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection. Some demolition phasing of work will be required. Drawings and specifications contain further definition of the scope of work. The estimated cost range is between $725,000 and $775,000, with a construction completion date of 150 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
