Makowski, 312/886-4101 Scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision as necessary to replace two (2) electric AHU fan motors with high efficiency variable frequency drive (VFD) motors. Replace heating water coils, associated piping and pumps for two (2) AHU's. Provide total building air balance along with an electronic DDC energy management system. The completion time for this project is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Specifications will be available on or about November 2, 1995. Sealed bids will be opened publicly on December 5, 1995, at 2:00 P.M. (local time). The proposed contract is being solicited on a total Small Business Set-Aside basis. Bids are solicited only from small business concerns. Bids received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542 with an average gross revenue of $17 million for the last three (3) years.
