Scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to, providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision as necessary to repair and correct sixteen (16) existing stone facia panels on the Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse. Facia panels are supported on steel hangars and on masonry. Correction of the panels supported on steel hangers involves the removal and replacement of stucco soffits. Correction of the panels supported on masonry involves removal and patching of ceilings as well as tuckpointing. Specifications will be available on or about November 1, 1995. Offers must be received by the Springfield Office by 4:30 p.m., November 30, 1995. Completion time for this project is 45 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed.
