This synopsis is to announce that a pre-solicitation conference will be held for the Management Information Systems Technical Support (MISTS) II acquisition, RFP number F19628-95-R-0037. The conference will be held on 16 November 1995 at the Hanscom Air Force Base Officer's Club. The primary purpose of this conference is to have the various bases that will use the contract give a presentaion of the MIS architecture located at their respective site. Additional details on the content of the conference will be comunicated through the discussion document located on the Hanscom Electronic RFP Bulletin Board (HERBB). Any additional suggestions on topics that shouldbe covered at the conference can also be commincated through HERBB. The conference will be held from 8:00am to 4:00pm and it is open to all contractors who have an interest in the program. Due to space limitations,companies will be limited to four (4) individuals each. There will be a $5 per individual conference fee that will be collected at the door.
