The United States Air Force will be issuing a solicitation for the purchase of five legal subscriptions. The five items are: 453 subscriptions to ``Military Justice Reporter, Volumes 43 & 44, with Adv. Sheets'', 6 subscriptions to ``US MSPB Digest, Pamphlet #12 for Volumes 50 through 60'', 4 subscriptions to ``Manual for Complex Litigation, 3rd Edition Pamphlet'', 3 subscriptions to ``Nebraska Key Number Digest 2D, 36 Volumes'', and 8 subscriptions to ``California Judicial Council Forms, 1995 Revised Edition, Volumes 1 & 2, Pamphlets.'' An RFP will not be issued unless two or more potential offerors are identified. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concern during the proposal developments phase of this acquisition. Potential offerors should use established channels to request information, pose questions, and voice concerns before resorting to use of the Ombudsman. Potential offerors are invited to contact ASC's Ombudsman located in ASC/CY, Bldg 2041, 2511 L St. Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-7303, at (513) 255-1427, with serious concerns only.
