The Naval Research Laboratory intends to hold negotiations with Assurance Technology Corporation(ATC) of Carlisle, Massachusetts for award of a three (3) month bridge contract to continue space systems support under contract N00014-91-C-2001 pending the award of COMPETITIVE SOLICITATION NUMBER N00014-96-R-LB01. ATC is the only known source who can provide the continued support and meet the Navy's technical needs in such a time frame.
