This amendment is for IDC #38 for Design of Miscellaneous Services for Fort Monmouth, New Jersey publicized in the CBD dated October 3, 1995. This change should be reflected in the Scope of Services Required section ''Delete the ''The Cumulative Amount of all delivery orders for this contract shall not exceed $400,000 per year and each delivery order shall not exceed $75,000. Delivery orders may be issued for a period of one year from the date of contract award. This contract will include an option year for one additional year under the same terms and conditions as the basic conteract. The Government's obligation to guarantee a minimum amount for payment will apply to both years. This minimum amount will be $8,000 for the first year and $4,000 for second year. Replace it with the following: Scope of Services Required: The cumulative amount of all delivery orders shall not exceed $250,000 per year and each delivery order shall not exceed $150,000. Delivery orders may be issued for a period of one year from the date of contract award. This contract will include an option year for one additional year under the same terms and conditions as the basic contract. The Government's obligation to guarantee a minimum amount for payment will apply to both years. This minimum amount will be $5,000 for the first year and $2,500 for second year. The closing date for submittals still remains the same as original CBD announcement. (0296)
