This requirement is for engineering and technical services to support the projected F/A18, AV-8B, T-45, and A-6 Project Office tasking. The services include test planning and operations services, documentation services, scheduling/operations coordination services, test planning operations for system development and management/engineering and data analysis services for avionics test efforts. The period of performance is for a base year plus four one-year options with a starting date of 1 October 1996. The services are performed at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Divison, Patuxent River, Maryland. The estimated level of effort is 318,500 manhours, inclusive of option years and 25 percent of the level of effort is reserved for small business. Wage Determination has been requested for Patuxent River, Maryland area since the majority of work is performed on-site. The contract type is anticipated to be cost plus fixed fee and is estimated to start on 1 October 1996. This requirement is a follow-on to contract N00421-91-C-0208 and the incumbent is Veda, Incorporated. All interested firms must have or be able to obtain a Secret facility clearance.
