Harvey (205) 235-7558 (Site Code DAAC01) Line Item 0001 consist of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof for the renovation of a Section of Building 133 at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama. In general, the work consists of the following: installation of three each new top running 1 Ton (2000 pound) capacity bridge cranes and new runway structure with electrification, complete. Provide three phase electrical power upgrade in renovation area. Removal of existing sodium vapor lights and installation of new metal halide lights wiht a new messenger support system. Line Item 0002 consist of the furnishing and installation of three (3) each new top running bridge cranes, complete, runway electrification, and a new single runway for the three bridge cranes to operate on. Each bridge crane shall consist of an electric powered two (2) speed 1 ton (2000 pound) capacity hoist, electric powered hoist carrier, and electric powered bridge. The cranes shall be designed and constructed to CMAA 70 Class C, moderate service requirements, for operation in a machine shop environment. Estimated magnitude of project is between $100,000 and $250,000. One Job. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. Completion time is 180 calendar days from date of award.
