Colbert (502) 798-7566 (Site Code DAKF23) Requirements contract - twelve month base period of performance with two (2) twelve month option periods for the renovation of modular barracks at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. One module consists of the renovation of two bedroom units, approximately 1,100 SF of total floor area. An estimated quantity of 125 modules are anticipated to be renovated during the twelve month base period of performance. Work includes demolition of existing partitions and installation of new partitions; replacement of existing windows; installation of new showers and mini-kitchens; installation of shelving; new finishes (including new ceramic tile); painting existing handrails; installing new handrails; electrical and plumbing work, and removal of asbestos-containing materials. Standard Industrial classification code is 1522. Small business size standard is average annual receipts of a concern and all affiliates over the preceding three (3) fiscal years cannot exceed $17 million. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is unrestricted. Estimated range of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 for the twelve month base period.
