Work shall include air handling unit which will tie to existing low pressure steam and chilled water piping, HVAC piping, terminal units, heating and cooling coils, ductwork and accessories, air filters, insulation, controls and instrumentation. All work shall be in accordance with specs and drawings. Total of 60 calendar days for contract completion of which the first 30 is for submittal review and material delivery and last 30 for actual on-site work. If submittal review is complete and material delivery is scheduled prior to 30 calendar days, site work may begin. However, all on site work shall be completed within 30 calendar days. SIC code is 1711; estimated value between $25,000 and $100,000. One hundred twenty (120) day bid acceptance time required. Forty sets of specs and drawings will be issued to prime contractors only on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
