The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasion over the period of the Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-95-G-6317 with Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Oceanic Division, P.O. Box 1488, Annapolis, MD 21404. Orders will be issued for Engineering Change Kits, Refurbishments, Installation and Checkout (INCO) Materials, Maintenance Support Materials, Repair Parts, Engineering Services and Support for the AN/AQS-14 Sonar Detecting Set and the AN/ALQ-141 Countermeasures Set. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Westinghouse Electric Corporation is the only known company which currently possessses the in-depth technical knowledge of the equipment required to satisfactorily perform the work under the orders contemplated herein. No other sources has the technical qualifications and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
