Hurlburt Field FL intends to negotiate for the procurement of functional check flight (FCF) services for the MH-53J/TJ/NCH-53A aircraft. The contractor will be required to provide personnel to perform all system ground and flight checkout activities and provide for the relocation of aircraft due to approaching storms as required. All aircrew personnel shall be previously qualified as indicated by successful completion of a formal USAF aircrew qualification training course and as required by AFR 55-22. It is anticipated a Request for Proposals will be issued on or about 24 Nov 95 with proposals due on 2 Feb 96. This action is a full and open competition. Firms responding to this synopsis should reference the solicitation number and indicate whether or not they are a small or small disadvantaged business concern as defined in FAR 52.219-1 and 52.219-2.
