The U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workers' Compensation Programs(OWCP), is recruiting to contract individual registered nurses to coordinate the medical management of injured federal employees. Assignments will be intermittent and part-time. Areas of recruitment include: Texas,Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma New Mexico, New York, New Jersey and Puerto Rico. Minimum requirements include 1) a valid nurse (RN) license, 2) at least 2yrs.case management experience and 3) at least 2 yrs. of general med-surgical experience. Additional experience desired includes:basic knowledge of workers' compensation injuries and illnesses.
