Rodgers (703) 810-4685 The On-Site Inspection Agency has a requirement for ground truth data collection services and maintenance to a fixed-site target array at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio and Travis Air Force Base, Fairborne, California. The fixed-site target arrays consists of the following arrays: a) Brightness Panels (Size 2800cm x 1000cm), b) Optical/Video Target Array (Size 4418.6cm x 2350cm x 1016cm x 4615.6cm), and c) Six-Step Gray Scale (Size 6000cm x 1000cm). The contractor shall also be responsible for providing a ground truth data collection report and field report at the conclusion of each individual task. In addition, the contractor shall provide maintenance on both east and west coast target arrays. The government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract.
