This system shall develop ''signatures'' for various types of ordnance and shall be utilized for the location and removal of buried ordnance. A requirements Type Service Contract containing a base period and two option year periods will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Tasks will be assigned via Firm Fixed Price delivery orders. A technical proposal will be required from all offerors. Technical evaluation criteria will be set forth in the solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about 15 November 1995. Copies of the solicitation shall be obtained by written request. Telephonic requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The Standard Industrial Code applicable to this procurement is 8999. For the purpose of this solicitation, any concern whose gross annual receipts over the past 3 years do not exceed an average of $5M is considered a small business.
