This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Technical Communications Corporation, 100 Domino Drive, Concord, MA 01742-02892 on an other than full and open competitive basis for four (4) DSP9000HD/RC communication security devices for Bendix/King KHF950 HF radios, sixteen (16) DSP9000HD/RC communication security devices for ISHMRS HF Basestation radios, two (2) communication security devices for ISHMRS HF Manpack radios, and twenty-two (22) smart module electronic key fill devices. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Technical Communications Corp. because they are the sole manufacturer of these communication security devices and possess the technical data rights. This equipment will be used with existing communication system voice privacy hardware. Delivery requirement is 60 days after contract award to be delivered to NAWCAD, St. Inigoes, MD.
