The EDS will be connected to an AMR model 1600 scanning electron microscope (SEM) that is used for surface analysis of various materials. Delivery will be at Wright Laboratories at Wright-Patterson AFB OH. This solicitation will be issued approx 95 Nov 24. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition.
