This is a small business set-aside to which the following Small Business size standards apply: SIC 8711, $20 Million. This contract will provide on-site field maintenance services surface ship sonar systems located in the Land-Based Integrated Test Site (LBITS) of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport. These services will include: running diagnostic tests on malfunctioning equipment; identifying and correcting malfunctions by replacing or repairing parts; rewiring, reconnecting or re-cabling equipment into new configurations; performing preventive maintenance on equipment; and installation and check out of new Navy-owned equipment. The sonar systems in LBITS include the AN/SQQ-89(V); AN/SQR-19; AN/SQQ-28; ANSQS-53B; AN/SQS-53C; ASWCS MOD 5/6, 7, 8,9;AN/UYQ-25; OBT; SDPU; Surface Ship Tactical Deployment; Enhanced Modular Signal Processor; Advanced Signal Processing; AN/UYS-1 and AN/UYS-2. The period of performance is five (5) years for 47,300 total manhours in the following labor categories: Electronics Technician III, 11,500 hours; Electronics Technician II, 34,500 hours and Administrative Manager II, 1,300 hours. Evaluation will be on a Greatest Value Basis, Past Performance will be a factor in the evaluation.
