W -- LEASE OF PARKING SPACES SOL BEP-96-10(TN) POC Contact Vera Moore, Contract Administrator, 202/874-3249. The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to lease parking spaces in close proximity to its offices at 14th and C Streets, S. W., Washington, D. C. 20228. The period of the lease for the base year is 1 February 1996 through 31 January 1997 with two (2) additional option years. The parking spaces must be located within approximately five (5) city blocks of the BEP's offices. The parking spaces shall be available for use by the BEP from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The minimum requirement is for 150 parking spaces with a potential for a maximum of 248 parking spaces. Interested firms must submit a written request for Solicitation Number BEP-96-10(TN) to the Contract Administrator, Vera Moore. Requests must be submitted in writing, no telephone requests will be accepted. The written request should include the firm's size status (i.e., Large, Small, Minority, or Women-Owned).
