The addition is a one-story structure with concrete masonry unit load bearing walls supporting wood trusses above a precast concrete fire protection slab. Exterior is EIFS and brick with shingle roof. Food service equipment is required. Interior work includes casework, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical work.
